Shipping and packaging at www.tag-tools.de
Packaging:
Antibodies and lysates will be shipped in a cold case. Upon arrival, antibodies will remain functional for up to 14 days at 4°C. For prolonged storage of antibodies and for storing control lysates we suggest freezing at -80°C. Please aliquot to avoid repeated cycles of freezing and thawing.
Carrier:
Depending on the kind and amount of product ordered, we will choose the most economic delivery service. Please provide your shipping address with full street name and correct ZIP-code of your institution. We do not ship to post-box addresses. If you are urgently expecting our shipment, please take into account potential internal delivery bottlenecks of your institution.
Pricing:
All prices are net prices excl. VAT and shipping costs.
Shipping and packaging costs:
Prices for shipping and packaging are listed on the order confirmation, which you will receive via e-mail. In general, we charge 13.70 € for each shipment and we will notify you in case we have to adapt shipping and packaging costs.
