  Questions regarding ordering and shipping
   
1. As a first-time customer, can I also order via phone?
  Certainly ! To guarantee seamless processing of your order, we nevertheless need comprehensive information from first-time customers, which will speed up the process during your next order. Therefore, we ask our first-time customers to completely fill out the  order form  (including your institute address, shipping address, invoice address, phone number and e-mail address) and send it to us via fax. In turn, you will receive prompt acknowledgement of your order.
2. How is the antibody shipped?
  Antibodies and lysates are shipped in a cold-case. Upon arrival, antibodies can be stored at 4°C for 14 days or at deeper temperatures for prolonged periods. Please consult the  data sheet  for further details.
3. Can I order on weekends?
  Also on Sundays or on public holidays, your order will receive immediate attention. Shipping usually takes place the next regular working day. You will be notified about the shipment via e-mail.
4. Will I be notified about the shipment?
  You will be notified, as soon as your order is shipped. In most cases, the shipment will be delivered next working day. Please take into account the internal mail distribution in large research facilities and consult with your in-house mail delivery service in cases of delay.
5. Can I order as a private person at tag- tools?
  Our products are intended for research use only and, therefore, we can not deliver to private entities. Accordingly, our sales department does not consider requests from persons not affiliated with a research institution.
